Eman Ali
Registered Psychotherapist
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Central Michigan University. My work is rooted in creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients can explore their challenges and discover new pathways to healing and growth.
I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide evidence-based, personalized care. This integrative approach allows me to address both immediate concerns and deeper underlying patterns, helping clients build resilience and long-term coping strategies.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, with a special focus on survivors of physical injuries and motor vehicle accidents who are navigating both the emotional and psychological impacts of recovery. My goal is to empower each client to connect with their strengths, improve their emotional well-being, and restore balance in their lives.
